" Rituals of the four powers, Fire, Water, Air/Wind, and Earth, to connect with your higher self."

Fire is one of the most versatile and powerful elements we have available to us as humans. It provides many benefits to humans and animals. It’s no wonder many of us feel drawn to it, seeking ways to deepen our connection with this essential element.ls, such as light and warmth. It also has the ability to harm and destroy. Because of this, we often view fire as one of the most dangerous element. Water rituals can balance to much fire in one life,  Water isn't just a fundamental element of life; it's also a powerful symbol in many spiritual traditions around the world. From the tranquil shores of lakes, rivers to vast expanse of oceans, water has always held a deep, mystical significance. Thirdly Air/Wind rituals are absolutely crucial to our minute-by-minute existence, Air is the ever-present Element that is all around us, yet impossible to see. Indeed, it is only visible through the interactions it has with the other Elements: EarthWater, and Fire. The Air Element is represented by the sky, wind, birds, and mountaintops, and is associated with the mind, the intellect, communication and divination. Incense and sounds are ways to connect with Air.
The Fourth stop on our elemental journey is Earth, the element of stability, grounding, and steadfastness as well as fertility, rebirth, and death. It is the perfect element to work with during the spring and early summer months because it is during this time that the Earth is coming back to life and we can venture into Her depths once more. After working with Water, you likely opened some emotional doors, whether you intended to or not. Such work often requires us to ground and center, using the Earth as our loving Mother. Unlike the other elements, however, Earth has very little folklore dealing specifically with the physical Earth. Much of our Earth folklore deals with trees, plants, and individual crystals, Nevertheless, I've put together as much wisdom as I could for your learning.  This definition is from In depth psychology. —the form of therapy that examines all facets of the mind including the unconscious and subconscious—the highest self, or just the Self, can be defined as our inner guidance that is separate from our personality (Ego Self).
